You Can Heal from Trauma

Trauma is a terrible experience. It can cause people to jolt at night long after the event has occurred. Some may be so afraid of the future that they feel as though they’re constantly in danger, and they may not even want to leave their home.

Sometimes, people can work through trauma on their own. Holistic practices, such as restorative yoga and journaling, may be helpful. Massages could also be beneficial.
